Job Summary

The Business Support Officer will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of business functions. This role involves assisting with office management, coordinating processes, and supporting teams in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for efficient data management.

  • Assist in financial administration, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.

  • Support project management by coordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with policies.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.

  • Assist in procurement, contract management, and supplier coordination.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency.


Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business support, administration, or a related role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Experience in financial administration and budget tracking is desirable.

  • Knowledge of procurement and contract management is a plus.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.


 

Extensive experience (5+ years) in commercial contracts and public procurement law

1 years require
